Terms and Conditions of SalamAir Priority Service

1. Overview

The SalamAir Priority service provides passengers with priority check-in and priority boarding to enhance convenience at the airport. These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Priority service. SalamAir reserves the right to amend, revise, suspend, or discontinue the service, including pricing, at any time without prior notice.

2. Priority Benefits

Passengers purchasing Priority are entitled to the following:

• Priority check-in at designated airport counters
• Priority boarding at the boarding gate

Disclaimer: Purchase of Priority service does not guarantee first check-in or first boarding. Priority services are subject to airport regulations, security requirements, and operational conditions at the airport.

Pricing varies by route and point of purchase and is subject to change without prior notice. Passengers are strongly encouraged to purchase the service in advance to avoid higher airport charges or inconvenience.

4. Priority Conditions of Use

• The Priority service applies only to priority check-in and priority boarding.
• The service does not include baggage, seat selection, or any other ancillary benefit unless expressly stated.
• Priority benefits are non-transferable, non-refundable, and valid only for the passenger and flight sector for which they are purchased.
• Passengers are responsible for complying with SalamAir’s Conditions of Carriage, travel policies, and airport procedures at all times.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

• Priority service purchases are non-refundable, including in cases of passenger-initiated cancellations, itinerary changes, or missed flights.
• If SalamAir cancels or reschedules a flight, the Priority service may be transferred to the revised flight at SalamAir’s discretion.
• No refund, credit, or compensation will be provided for unused Priority services.
• Availability of the Priority service is subject to operational limitations and is not guaranteed.

6. Compliance and Liability

• SalamAir reserves the right to enforce all cabin baggage and boarding procedures, including the removal of unapproved or non-compliant items, to ensure safety and operational efficiency.
• SalamAir shall not be liable for any loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience arising from the enforcement of this policy or airport operational requirements.
• By purchasing the Priority service, passengers acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.
