Terms and Conditions
1. Service Description
- The Fast Track Service at Vienna International Airport (VIE) provides eligible SalamAir passengers with access to a dedicated security screening lane, enabling faster passage through airport security checkpoints.
2. Eligibility
- Fast Track access is available exclusively to SalamAir passengers departing from Vienna International Airport (VIE) who have purchased the Fast Track service.
3. Service Scope
- Fast Track provides priority access through designated security screening lanes only.
- The service does not include priority boarding, immigration clearance, baggage handling, or any other airport services.
4. Passenger Responsibilities
- Passengers must present a valid boarding pass, valid travel documents, and Fast Track confirmation to access the designated Fast Track lane.
- Security screening procedures remain mandatory for all passengers.
- Airport security authorities may conduct additional screening regardless of Fast Track eligibility.
5. Purchase & Availability
- The Fast Track service is currently available for purchase at the SalamAir check-in counter at Vienna International Airport (VIE).
- SalamAir reserves the right to amend the available sales channels at any time without prior notice.
6. Operating Hours
- Fast Track facilities are available within 24 hours prior to departure and are subject to the operating hours and availability determined by Vienna International Airport.
- Operating hours may be adjusted by Vienna International Airport without prior notice.
7. Non-Transferability
- Fast Track access is personal to the passenger for whom it was purchased and cannot be transferred, exchanged, resold, or assigned to another passenger.
8. Refund Policy
- Once purchased, the Fast Track service is non-refundable and non-transferable, except where required by applicable law or SalamAir's Conditions of Carriage.
- Refund requests arising from flight disruptions, cancellations, or airport operational restrictions will be handled in accordance with SalamAir's applicable policies.
9. Service Unavailability
- SalamAir and Vienna International Airport reserve the right to suspend, modify, or withdraw the Fast Track service due to:
a) Security requirements
b) Operational disruptions
c) Airport maintenance
d)Force majeure events - If the Fast Track lane is temporarily unavailable due to operational reasons, passengers will be directed to the standard security screening lane. SalamAir is not responsible for airport operational decisions regarding the availability of Fast Track facilities.
10. Arrival Time Requirements
- Passengers are responsible for complying with SalamAir's check-in and boarding deadlines.
- Fast Track provides priority access through the security screening process only and does not guarantee a specific processing time, priority boarding, or that a passenger will not miss their flight.
11. Limitation of Liability
SalamAir shall not be liable for delays or missed flights resulting from:
- Security screening procedures
- Immigration or customs controls
- Passenger non-compliance with airport regulations or airline requirements
- Government authority actions
- Operational disruptions at the airport
- Force majeure events
12. Compliance
- All passengers must comply with airport security regulations, airline policies, and applicable local laws.
- Misuse of the Fast Track service may result in denial of access without compensation.
13. Customer Assistance
- For booking-related enquiries, passengers should contact the SalamAir Contact Centre or visit a SalamAir ticketing office.
- Passengers requiring assistance at Vienna International Airport (VIE) should approach the staff at the boarding pass control entrance.
14. Amendments
- SalamAir reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
15. Applicable Law
- These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Austria.
