Terms and Conditions of SalamAir Trolley Bag Service

1. Overview

The SalamAir Trolley Bag service allows passengers to carry one additional cabin trolley bag up to 10 kg, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below. SalamAir reserves the right to amend, revise, suspend, or discontinue this service, including pricing, at any time without prior notice.

2. Standard Boarding Policy

All SalamAir passengers are permitted to carry one small cabin bag up to 5 kg, which must fit under the seat in front of you.

Passengers wishing to carry additional or heavier cabin baggage must purchase the Trolley Bag service. Failure to comply with cabin baggage requirements may result in additional charges, denied cabin carriage, or other action at the airport or boarding gate. 

3. Trolley Bag Benefits

Passengers who purchase the Trolley Bag service are entitled to:

  • One additional cabin trolley bag not exceeding 10 kg

Disclaimer: Purchase of the Trolley Bag service does not guarantee overhead bin space. Cabin storage availability is subject to aircraft capacity, safety, and operational considerations. SalamAir reserves the right to request cabin baggage to check-in if necessary.

5. Trolley Bag Conditions of Use

  • The Trolley Bag service covers one additional cabin trolley bag up to 10 kg only.
  • All cabin baggage must comply with SalamAir’s size and weight limits as set out in the Conditions of Carriage.
  • The service is non-transferable, non-refundable, and valid only for the passenger and flight segment for which it is purchased.
  • Any cabin baggage exceeding permitted limits, or without the required baggage tag, may be denied cabin carriage at the boarding gate.

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • Trolley Bag purchases are non-refundable in all cases, including passenger-initiated cancellations, itinerary changes, or missed flights.
  • In the event of a flight cancellation or rescheduling by SalamAir, the Trolley Bag service may be transferred to the revised flight at SalamAir’s sole discretion.
  • No refunds, credits, or compensation will be provided for any unused or partially used Trolley Bag services.

7. Compliance and Liability

  • SalamAir reserves the right to remove, deny, or dispose of non-compliant or untagged trolley bags at any stage of the boarding process to ensure safety and operational efficiency.
  • SalamAir shall not be liable for any loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience arising from the enforcement of this policy, including the removal or disposal of cabin baggage.
  • By purchasing the Trolley Bag service, passengers acknowledge and accept these Terms & Conditions in full.

    Yes, the following conditions apply:

    • Maximum trolley bag weight is 10 kg.
    • All cabin baggage must comply with SalamAir’s size and weight limits (refer to the Conditions of Carriage).
    • The service is non-transferable and non-refundable.
    • Bags exceeding permitted limits or without the required baggage tag will not be accepted in the cabin.
    • Passengers are responsible for ensuring full compliance with baggage regulations.
  • 5. Can I get a refund if I cancel my trolley bag service?

    The Trolley Bag service is non-refundable under all circumstances. In the event of flight cancellation or rescheduling by SalamAir, the service may be transferred to the revised flight without additional charges.

  • 6. Can I transfer my trolley bag service to another passenger?

    No, it is non-transferable.
