4. The free ticket is subject to SalamAir’s terms and conditions as below:
- Ticket Holder: The ticket is issued to the named recipient/winner and cannot be transferred to another person.
- Validity: The ticket is valid for six (6) months from the date of issue stated above. kindly encourage you to plan your travel within this period, as the validity cannot be extended.
- Ticket Value: The ticket is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Travel Entitlement: The recipient will receive one direct return ticket on SalamAir’s Value Bundle to any destination within our network, subject to availability. Multi-segment and connecting itineraries are not included.
- Blackout Period: Travel is not permitted between 1 June and 31 August.
- Booking: Please visit SalamAir Headquarters (Muscat Hills, Business Tower 2, Floor P, Office 705) and bring the original copy of the letter. Copies cannot be accepted.
- Taxes and Extras: Any applicable taxes, fees or additional services are not included and will need to be paid by the passenger.
- Changes and Cancellations:
- If the passenger cancels, the ticket cannot be rebooked or reissued.
- If SalamAir cancels the flight, it will be rebooked to the same destination.
- Date changes are subject to a fee of OMR 20 + any fare difference, per passenger and per sector. - SalamAir’s applicable terms and conditions apply to flight disruptions.
- Advance Booking: Please submit your booking request at least seven (7) working days before your preferred travel date to help us process it smoothly.
