In light of the current situation in the region which has resulted in operational disruptions, please be informed that the affected passengers on the disrupted routes are eligible to the following options:

• One time Free-of-charge (FOC) rebooking for flights until 30th April 2026.
• Refund without penalty to the original form of payment (FOP).

For bookings made through travel agents please contact the agents directly.
